Meanwhile, the Elon Musk Twitter Rav continues with the billionaire suing Twitter for fraud. The court has ordered the details of musk's countersuit to be made public. The tesla CEO in his suit has claimed that he was hoodwinked into making the 44 billion dollar bid to buy Twitter. Now the details of Musk's come to suit against Twitter have become public where musk has accused the social media giant of misleading him about the critical aspects of its business. He filed the countersuit saying that the company had breached their contract by committing fraud related to fake or spam accounts on the platform. Musk's team has argued that the number of users shown advertising on the platform is about 65 million lower than the firm's 238 million figure remember Musk is asking the court to free him from the agreement and make twitter pay him an amount in damages to be determined at the trial which is set to open in the 17th of October. Twitter however has come to these accusations saying that musk has not pleaded a shred of evidence for these fact-free allegations. The Tesla CEO has lost the claim as he is fighting back against twitter's lawsuit seeking him to force close the deal he had tried to cancel. The trial is scheduled to begin on the 17th of October the trial will be held in the Delaware chancery court in Moscow in April that he would buy Twitter for a princely sum of 44 billion dollars however he later pulled out of the deal in early July.
